This class is designed to give an overall understanding of the real estate associates relationship between the associate and the parties to a transaction.
Class Objectives:
Student shall have an over-all understanding and be able to:
• Understand the history of Common Law of Agency, Transaction, Single Party, and the current Broker Relationship Act
• Identify the duties and responsibilities of the associate and broker for a transaction.
• Define confidentiality of the broker to a party to a transaction
• Define the use of the words, vicariously liable, abrogation, agent.
