Class Description:
This class is designed to give the real estate professional an understanding of how to stay safe while showing properties to prospects, mistakes made by other agents and stories of agents victimized in our industry. This class study will provide safety tips and equip the agent with hands on techniques and valuable information to keep them safe.
Class Objectives:
Student shall have an over-all understanding and be able to:
• Identify when he/she could be in danger
• Who is at risk?
• Understand the safe way to show a property
• Communicate effectively with others in order to stay safe.
• Safety that pertains to our industry
• The victims and their stories
