This focused and interactive course equips Oklahoma real estate professionals with the knowledge and confidence to effectively present, execute, and manage the Buyer Broker Service Agreement and the Cooperative Compensation Supplemental. These two cornerstone documents define the buyer’s relationship with the brokerage and ensure transparency and compliance in compensation discussions. Objectives:
